About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to take on a multifaceted administrative role within a professional, supportive workplace where your organisational strengths and keen eye for detail will shine. You'll play a pivotal part in supporting the smooth operation of the firm by managing key policies and procedures relating to archiving and safe custody, while also offering general administrative support and contributing to the welcoming front-of-house experience.
Offering you stability, this is a permanent, full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day administration of archiving and safe custody systems
- Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the highest levels of accuracy
- Provide general office support, including filing, document preparation, and relief reception duties
- Collaborate closely with a friendly, dedicated legal team
- Follow firm policies and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
- Fill in on Reception from time-to-time
What You'll Bring:
- At least 5 years' experience as an administrator within any industry sector
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A professional and courteous phone manner
- The ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team
- A positive attitude and genuine commitment to quality and confidentiality
