This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being the go-to support person and working closely across teams.
The role
You will provide broad administrative and office support across the business, helping maintain efficient workflows and a well-organised office environment.
Responsibilities include:
- General administrative and office coordination support
- Document preparation, formatting and data entry
- Spreadsheet maintenance and reporting support (Excel)
- Liaison with internal teams including accounts
- Filing, records management and document control
- Supporting day-to-day office operations and processes
- Strong administration experience in an office environment
- Confident Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- High attention to detail and organisational ability
- Professional communication and team approach
- Comfortable supporting multiple functions across an office
- Exposure to an accounting or professional services environment highly regarded (not essential)
- Stable, permanent role within a professional office
