The Opportunity
A growing, modern corporate law firm is expanding its Melbourne M&A practice and looking for an Associate with 3-5 years' PQE to join its corporate and transactions team.
This is not a role where you'll be buried in the background of deals. You'll have the opportunity to run transactions end-to-end, work directly with founders, boards and investors, and take real ownership of your matters and client relationships.
The team is building something different, combining high-quality transactional work with a genuinely modern approach to technology, client service and how lawyers work.

- Advising on a broad range of M&A and corporate transactions
- Running matters from start to finish with strong senior support
- Working directly with founders, boards, investors and sophisticated clients
- Taking ownership of client relationships and your matters
- Working alongside an entrepreneurial, commercially focused team
- Using technology and AI to reduce process-heavy work and focus on the legal work that matters
