Associate - Workplace Relations & Safety

Connected People is partnering with a leading law firm to recruit an Associate to join their Workplace Relations & Safety team in Sydney. The Opportunity
Join a highly respected team advising a diverse mix of public and private sector clients. You'll work on both advisory and litigious matters across employment, industrial relations and WHS. This is a role suited to someone who enjoys variety, wants to partner closely with clients, and values working in a team where transparency and support are prioritised.
  
About You
You may already be practising in employment law or have a solid litigation background and a keen interest in workplace relations.
To thrive in this team, you’ll likely bring:

• Experience in employment, IR and/or safety matters (or adjacent litigation such as insurance or civil)
• Strong communication, commercial judgment and analytical skills
• A collaborative mindset and confidence dealing directly with clients
• A genuine desire to develop your career and contribute to the growth of the practice
