Commercial Lawyer / Associate - Maitland

Your new role will see you:

• Drafting, negotiating, and advising on a range of commercial agreements
• Providing advice on business structures and asset protection strategies
• Assisting clients with their ongoing commercial legal needs

What we’re looking for:

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

• A minimum of 3 years’ PAE in Commercial Law
• Strong experience advising on commercial legal matters
• Solid skills in drafting and interpreting a wide range of contracts
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
