Commercial Lawyer - Full-time or part-time

The Role
You will advise on a broad range of commercial matters, including:

• General commercial contracts, compliance and advisory work
• Marketing and advertising clearance and advice
• Intellectual property and trademark advice
• Mergers and acquisitions support
• Contract drafting, negotiation and risk management
• Ongoing retained advisory services for key clients

The practice operates on both retained and hourly billing arrangements, allowing for a more balanced and commercially sensible approach to client relationships and performance expectations - supporting the need to do school drop off, show up for your local community or make it to that early exercise class on time.

About You

• 3 to 6 years PAE
• Experience in commercial law preferred, however strong candidates looking to transition into commercial law are encouraged to apply
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Interest in working across IP, corporate compliance, contracts and transactional matters
• Commercially minded with strong client relationship capability
• Ability to thrive in a small, cohesive and collaborative team

This role will suit a lawyer who enjoys variety, autonomy and working closely with sophisticated business clients.
