The Role

A broad commercial role covering leasing, estate planning, property, commercial litigation and business advisory.
  
The firm services a loyal and diverse client base, including:

• Longstanding business clients
• Real estate contacts, property developers, and business owners
• Individuals seeking estate planning and property support
• New commercial leads and referrals across industries

  
Senior candidates with a client following are highly valued. Junior to mid-level lawyers (3+ years PAE) aren’t expected to bring clients but are driven to grow their legal career.
  
Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 3 years PAE in commercial law
• Confident in managing files independently and liaising with clients
• Experience in any one or across property, estates, or criminal law
• Comfortable mentoring juniors and contributing to team culture

About the Team

• 20+ staff across three practice areas: Commercial, Family/Criminal, Personal Injury
• No practice leads – the Director is hands-on
• Regular fortnightly team meetings and monthly WIP catch-ups with leadership
• Support from a strong administration team
