Commercial Litigation Lawyer | 3-8 PAE

We’re partnering with a well-regarded Sydney litigation firm to recruit a Commercial Litigation Lawyer (3–8 PAE) to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded litigator who enjoys hands-on responsibility, close mentorship from senior lawyers, and exposure to a broad range of disputes.
  
The Opportunity
  
You will join a tight-knit team of professionals focused on successful litigation outcomes. The practice is looking to strengthen the team with a capable mid-level lawyer and will suit someone craving Director mentorship, consistent feedback, meaningful responsibility, and genuine involvement in strategy and client management from day one.
  
The Work
  
The practice handles a broad range of commercial litigation matters, giving you exposure to varied and interesting disputes across different industries.
  
You will work on matters including:

• Contractual and commercial disputes
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Insolvency-related litigation
• General commercial disputes and litigation strategy

  
About You

• 3–8 years PAE in commercial litigation
• Strong technical litigation experience
• Confident managing files and engaging with clients
• Enjoy working in a collaborative, hands-on team environment
