About the Role
Working with a supportive team of lawyers and paralegals, you will gain hands-on experience in development projects, complex transactions, titling work, and advisory across the entire property lifecycle. The client base includes leading developers, private entities, owners’ corporations, and government bodies. You’ll be exposed to a wide variety of work, including:
- Advising on developments, from acquisition through to titling and sale
- Drafting contracts, special conditions, titling and governance documents
- Negotiating joint ventures, development agreements, and put & call options
- FIRB advisory and off-the-plan contract preparation
- Supporting large-scale off-the-plan sale programs
What We’re Looking For
- 2 - 4 years PAE in commercial and/or residential property law
- Knowledge on the law relating to NSW conveyancing and transactional work
- Familiarity with agreement structures such as put & call options, nomination and development agreements
- Solid drafting skills and commercial negotiation capability
- Proficiency in PEXA and an understanding of varied title structures
- The ability to manage deadlines, supervise junior staff, and work collaboratively
