Family Lawyer | Hybrid & Flexible Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Lawyer who is looking to join a supportive and collaborative firm where quality work, flexibility and culture are genuinely valued.

In this role, you will enjoy working on 100% private client family law matters, including a diverse range of interesting and complex parenting and property matters. You will be supported by highly knowledgeable and experienced Partners, alongside strong secretarial support that allows you to focus on delivering excellent outcomes for your clients.

The firm offers a genuinely flexible and adult working environment, including the ability to work from home up to 2 days per week. They are also open to candidates seeking either full-time or 4 days per week.

About the Role
You will work across a broad range of family law matters including:

• Parenting disputes
• Property settlements
• Divorce and separation matters
• Binding Financial Agreements
• Spousal maintenance matters
• Complex family law matters for private clients

About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally possess:

• Minimum 3 years PAE in Family Law
• Experience managing both parenting and property matters
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships
• Compassionate and empathetic approach with clients
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously while also contributing positively to a team environment
• Desire to continue learning and developing professionally
