The role
- Manage a varied caseload across parenting, property, divorce, and financial matters
- Appear in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia
- Work closely with senior lawyers and partners while mentoring junior staff
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients in sensitive and complex matters
- Minimum 2+ years PAE in Family Law
- Confident advocate with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Compassionate communicator who can support clients through challenging circumstances
- Team player who enjoys contributing to a positive and collegiate culture
