This is a broad and dynamic HR Advisor position in a forward thinking, sizeable Accounting practice with both on shore and off shore staff, offering exposure across a wide range of HR initiatives & responsibilities.
From overseeing day-to-day employee matters to supporting the delivery of Learning & Development programs, this role provides the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the organisation.
You will work closely with the Partners, playing a key role in supporting strategic people initiatives and contributing to overall business objectives. This is a highly people-focused position within a firm that continues to grow and prosper

Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes and provide workforce planning support
- Coordinate performance and salary review processes
- Support WHS coordination and employee wellbeing initiatives
- Implement and manage Learning & Development programs
- Monitoring market trends (remuneration, benefits, EVP ideas)
- Workers’ compensation payroll calculations and coordination
- Oversee employee leave management and HR administration
- Assist with policy development and broader HR project work
- Provide support with payroll queries and employee-related matters
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with current HR legislation and best practice standards
About You
- Ideally 3+ years’ experience in a similar HR role
- Previous experience within accounting is highly regarded
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, solutions-focused and people-centric approach
- HR qualifications are a bonus
- Excellent communication & engagement skills
