Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice, guidance and support to stakeholders on a range of employee matters.
- Manage cases for injured workers, ensuring safe recoveries.
- Provide timely and accurate support to leaders in the business on performance management and processes.
- Collaborate with the Senior HR & Safety Advisor on strategic activities.
- Provide expert advice on industrial relations and employment terms.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding.
- Revise workplace policies to maintain a safe environment.
We’re looking for:
- 4+ years of relevant experience with confidence in performance management.
- Experience effectively managing a range of workplace injuries and the return-to-work process.
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in HR Management or related field would be ideal.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivation, attention to detail and dedication to ethical practices.
- A team player who takes pride in their work and is excited to play a role in supporting trainees and apprentices as they kick off their careers.
