In-House Legal Counsel

Connected People are working with a market-leading equipment provider across construction, mining and agriculture to appoint a Legal Counsel. This is a rare chance to step into an in-house role with real impact and to partner with internal and external stakeholders across a diverse range of legal matters.
 
The Role
This role offers a balanced mix of contract work and general in-house support, across areas including:

• Customer sales contracts
• Employment and safety matters
• Procurement matters
• Property and infrastructure projects
• Compliance and governance

You'll be part of a supportive legal team working alongside the General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel, and directly advising managers and employees across all business units.
 
About You

• Admission to the Supreme Court of NSW (or other Australian jurisdiction) and a current practising certificate
• 4+ years PAE, ideally with resources, construction, or infrastructure experience
• Strong commercial acumen and a pragmatic, solutions-focussed approach
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• In-house experience valued, but not essential
• Personable, collaborative, and confident giving practical advice
