The Role:
You’ll be working across a range of clients, industries, and structures, delivering high-quality tax and accounting services with the support of a highly experienced team. Day-to-day, you’ll be:
- Preparing and reviewing tax returns and financial statements for individuals, companies, trusts, and SMSFs
- Assisting with tax planning and business advisory work
- Building strong relationships with your clients, providing clear and practical advice
- Communicating with the ATO and other regulatory bodies
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative, people-focused environment
- Using tools like Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks to streamline your workflow
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in public practice, with strong knowledge of Australian tax law and accounting standards
- A CA or CPA qualification (or working towards one)
- Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex information into client-friendly language
- A proactive mindset, professional attitude, and a genuine passion for helping clients succeed
