Intermediate Senior Accountant

Intermediate & Senior Accountant - Opportunity to join a fast-growing, modern public practice firm with a young leadership team and ambitious national expansion plans. This organisation works across individuals, businesses, SMSF, business mentoring, financial planning and more across a number of industries.

With several offices along the East Coast and more growth on the horizon, they are building future Partners, not career middle managers. They are experts in starting new locations and, if ready, and you like, you’ll be integral to launching them- potentially in locations that work best for you.

As our client moves towards national recognition, they offer ambitious CA professionals the opportunity to step into something bigger than a traditional accounting role.

Currently they are in need of a Senior and Intermediate accountant with Public Practice experiences.

The Opportunity
Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities may include: 

• Preparation of individual, company, trust, and partnership tax returns
• Financial statements and compliance reporting
• SMSF
• BAS, GST, IAS, and payroll tax
• Client liaison and advisory support
• Mentoring junior staff (senior levels)
• Review work, workflow management, and client portfolio ownership (senior levels)

  
About You 

• Intermediate: 2–4+ years’ experience in public practice, confident end-to-end compliance delivery
• Senior: 5+ years’ experience, strong client management skills, review capability, and leadership mindset
• CA / CPA (or currently studying) preferred for intermediate and senior roles.
