Connected People is partnering with a well-established Australian law firm to appoint a Property Lawyer into its growing Sydney Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Lawyer looking to step into a large, collaborative national property practice (40+ nationally) while working closely with respected Senior Lawyers and Partners on a diverse mix of transactional property matters. You’ll join a culture-driven team of around 20 in Sydney and be afforded strong mentoring and structured development.
The Role
You’ll work across a broad range of commercial property and development matters, including:
The team acts for national brands, developers and landowners, offering strong exposure to complex transactions and large-scale projects.
You’ll work closely with senior members of the team, taking instruction and developing your skills within a high-performing but supportive environment.
About You
This opportunity will suit a 2–4 PAE Property Lawyer who is looking to deepen their transactional property experience in a strong team.

• Off-the-plan developments
• Commercial and corporate leasing (including national leasing portfolios)
• Joint ventures and development structuring
• Strata and landholding entity matters
• Commercial and residential development projects

- Experience with commercial property transactions or developments
- Familiarity with NSW property practice and PEXA
