The Role
In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and legal support to ensure the smooth running of the practice. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel.
- Drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal correspondence and documents.
- Conducting research and supporting case preparation.
- Managing client files and maintaining accurate records.
- Liaising with clients, medical professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Assisting in the preparation of court documents and attending hearings when required.
- Undertaking general office duties to support the wider team.
To succeed, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience as a Legal Assistant, ideally within personal injury or a similar area of law.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and exposure to legal practice software.
- A proactive attitude and genuine commitment to delivering excellent client service.
