Legal Secretary - Wills & Estates (Senior Associate Support)
This is a one-to-one role suited to someone confident working at pace, who can step in, take ownership and provide consistent, high-level support across a busy and varied practice.
About the Role
You will work closely with a Senior Associate who specialises in Wills & Estates and Elder Law, supporting across estate planning, deceased estates and related matters.
The role will suit someone who enjoys working one-to-one, can operate with minimal supervision and is comfortable managing workflow in a fast-moving environment.
Key responsibilities include:

About the Role
You will work closely with a Senior Associate who specialises in Wills & Estates and Elder Law, supporting across estate planning, deceased estates and related matters.
The role will suit someone who enjoys working one-to-one, can operate with minimal supervision and is comfortable managing workflow in a fast-moving environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and formatting Wills, Powers of Attorney, Enduring Guardianships and Probate documentation
- Managing diary, appointments and client correspondence
- File and matter management from open through to completion
- Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and external parties
- Supporting across deceased estate administration and document collation
- General administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow
- Experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant within Wills & Estates
- Able to work with autonomy and manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and document accuracy
- Confident supporting a high-output operator
- Professional, calm and organised approach
- Proficient across Microsoft Office and practice management systems (iManage is used in this firm)
- One-to-one support to a respected Senior Associate
- Established Wills & Estates practice with strong workflow
