We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established plaintiff law firm seeking an experienced Legal Support Supervisor to join its Workers Compensation team.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll continue to utilise your legal secretary expertise while supervising a team of experienced legal support staff.
You'll play an important part in ensuring workflows run smoothly, mentoring team members and supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy practice.
The practice specialises in Workers Compensation, Industrial Deafness, Motor Vehicle Accident and other personal injury matters.

The role
- Supervise and support a team of Legal Secretaries
- Complete end-to-end legal secretary duties
- Prepare and draft legal documents and correspondence
- Monitor workflows and assist with the allocation of work
- Provide guidance, training and day-to-day support to the team
- Work closely with lawyers to ensure matters progress efficiently
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within Workers Compensation, Personal Injury or Insurance Litigation
- Supervisory, mentoring or team leadership experience is highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn firm processes
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across the team
- Experience using Practice Evolve is advantageous but not essential
