We are proud to partner with a respected Sydney law firm to recruit a Licensed Conveyancer to join their established conveyancing practice.

This firm operates at the intersection of property and commercial law, acting for a long-standing client base of investors, business owners and high-net-worth individuals. Their property work extends beyond standard residential conveyancing to include ongoing portfolio transactions, commercial acquisitions and repeat client matters.

You will join a stable, well-run conveyancing practice working alongside an experienced conveyancer, supporting a long-standing client base across a mix of residential and commercial property matters in a quality-focused, relationship-led environment, offering broader exposure than high-volume suburban conveyancing.

The role

• Manage residential conveyancing matters (sales and purchases) end-to-end
• Exposure to commercial property transactions and investor clients
• Support repeat buyers, sellers and long-term firm clients
• Work alongside an experienced conveyancer within an established practice
• Handle a varied mix of standard and higher-value matters

About you

• Licensed Conveyancer (NSW)
• Solid residential conveyancing experience
• Commercial conveyancing exposure advantageous
• Professional, organised and client-focused
