The Opportunity
  
This is a senior role suited to an experienced conveyancer who enjoys taking ownership of their files, thrives in a collaborative environment and is looking to contribute beyond day-to-day transactions.
 
This is a remote role - the team meets F2F in Sydney or Melbourne every 7-8 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing matters from contract through to settlement
• Liaise confidently with clients, brokers, banks, agents and other stakeholders
• Conduct PEXA settlements and electronic lodgements
• Utilise legal technology and automation to improve efficiency
• Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout every transaction

  
About You
  
We're interested in speaking with experienced conveyancers who can demonstrate:

• 4+ years residential conveyancing experience
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage matters independently
• Multi-jurisdictional experience is highly regarded but not essential however we're looking for someone who is eager to learn and broaden their expertise across multiple jurisdictions
• Curious, commercially minded and always looking for better ways of doing things
• Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
• Collaborative, humble and excited by the opportunity to help build something exceptional
