Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing professional who ideally understands the construction industry (or related) and wants to step into a coaching role.
You will work directly with construction business owners through one on one coaching calls, group Zoom sessions and educational workshops. Your job is to simplify, coach, and empower — not to run their marketing for them.

What You’ll Do
As the Marketing Coach, you’ll work directly with trade and construction business owners to:
- Build simple, effective marketing plans they can actually execute
- Coach clients on lead generation across Google, Meta, SEO, and local area marketing
- Review and optimise their campaigns to improve ROI
- Teach them how to track numbers so they know what’s working
- Help them build brand presence in their local market
- Provide accountability, structure, and support
Who You Are
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have 5 + years experience in Digital Marketing (agency, in‑house, or freelance)
- Have executed marketing campaigns for enterprise scale clients, ideally with multi million dollar portfolios.
- Solid understand digital channels including social media (Instagram & Meta) Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and content
- Excellent understanding of a high converting website that turns visitors into actions: Leads (form fills, enquiries, bookings) Engagement (calls, downloads, sign-ups)
- Can explain marketing concepts in simple, tradie‑friendly language
- Love coaching, teaching, and helping people grow
- Are a confident communicator, organised, and great with people
- Enjoy fast‑paced environments and solving real business problems
- Experience with trades or construction is a preferred bonus
