About the Role

Combining meet & greet, reception duties with client service and administrative support for the advisors, your daily duties will include:
- General office and administrative support.
- Data entry and maintaining accurate client records.
- Preparing and processing correspondence and documentation.
- Scanning, filing and document management.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Assisting advisers and the broader team with administrative tasks.
- Following established procedures and processes.
- Checking work carefully for accuracy.
- Assisting with general office organisation.
- Preparing files, paperwork and documentation for client meetings.
- Assisting with the implementation of financial advice recommendations.
- Pitching in wherever needed as part of a small, team-focused business.
- Life Experience & Maturity: Comfortable, confident, and empathetic when conversing with an older client base.
- Strong Rapport-Building Skills: A natural listener who enjoys real conversations while keeping professional boundaries.
- Solid Administration experiences, filing, scanning, documentation prep, managing correspondence.
- Sharp Attention to Detail: Precise with administrative processes, client data, and documentation.
- Comfortable with standard office software (MS Office/CRM) and keen to learn new systems.
- Bonus points for Professional / Financial services background
