Personal Injury Lawyer

Connected People are working with a respected boutique plaintiff personal injury firm in Brisbane’s CBD, who are seeking a confident and adaptable lawyer with 1-5 years’ PAE. Prior exposure to personal injury, whether as a solicitor, clerk, or paralegal, will set you up for success in this fast-paced and rewarding role.

You’ll work on a variety of personal injury claims including motor vehicle accidents, workers’ compensation, and PIPA matters, with opportunities to be involved in appeal work. This close-knit team offers direct mentorship, continuous feedback, and a supportive environment where your growth is a priority.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff personal injury matters with growing independence
• Draft pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents
• Engage with clients, medical providers, and key stakeholders
• Conduct legal research and prepare advice
• Collaborate closely with senior lawyers while building your own expertise

About You

• 1–5 years’ PAE in personal injury law
• Background as a law clerk or paralegal (advantageous)
• Strong communicator with a proactive, adaptable approach
• Genuine interest in developing a long-term career in plaintiff PI law
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong client focus
