Connected People – Legal Recruitment is partnering with a dynamic and rapidly growing plaintiff personal injury law firm in the Sydney CBD to recruit a Personal Injury Practice Lead. This is a unique and career-defining opportunity for a Senior Counsel or Partner-level legal professional with a strong background in personal injury law.

The Opportunity

Our client is a modern and progressive plaintiff firm experiencing significant growth. As the Personal Injury Practice Led, you will play a dual role:

• 50% of your time will be focused on managing and mentoring a high-performing legal team, driving operational efficiency, supervising the progress of claims and complex matters, and developing best-practice procedures.
• The remaining 50% will involve active engagement in legal work on significant matters, leveraging your expertise to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a high-calibre legal practitioner who brings:

• 10+ years of experience working in a mixed plaintiff personal injury practice
• Previous team leadership experience, ideally overseeing a large team of lawyers or legal professionals
• A strategic, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead with integrity and empathy
• A collaborative, modern approach to legal practice and people management
