Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth running of the business
- Act as a central point for operational issues, identifying and resolving inefficiencies
- Drive internal projects across systems, technology and process improvement
- Lead and support business-wide initiatives aligned to growth and operational priorities
- Work closely with partners to execute strategic plans and track progress
- Support workflow optimisation across administration and broader teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business
- Previous experience in a Practice Manager, Operations Manager or similar role within accounting or financial services
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
- Experience managing or contributing to business projects, systems or process changes
- Confident working with multiple stakeholders and navigating competing priorities
- Proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership of outcomes
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence across different levels of the business
