About the Role
  
We are proud to partner with an established and growing professional services firm to recruit a Practice Manager with a strong focus on operations and business improvement.

This role sits at the centre of the business, working closely with the partners to ensure the day-to-day operations run effectively while also driving key projects and initiatives across systems, workflow and internal processes.

It’s a broad and impactful position, suited to someone who enjoys improving how a business operates and can take ownership of execution across multiple areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth running of the business
  • Act as a central point for operational issues, identifying and resolving inefficiencies
  • Drive internal projects across systems, technology and process improvement
  • Lead and support business-wide initiatives aligned to growth and operational priorities
  • Work closely with partners to execute strategic plans and track progress
  • Support workflow optimisation across administration and broader teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business
About You
  • Previous experience in a Practice Manager, Operations Manager or similar role within accounting or financial services
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
  • Experience managing or contributing to business projects, systems or process changes
  • Confident working with multiple stakeholders and navigating competing priorities
  • Proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership of outcomes
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence across different levels of the business
