They are now seeking an organised and proactive Project Coordinator / Scheduler to join their team. This newly created role will act as the central hub of coordination for the ecology, bushfire and spatial teams, supporting project workflow and managing the scheduling of all field work.

About the Role
As the primary coordination point for both the ecology, bushfire and spatial teams, you’ll oversee workflow, scheduling, fieldwork calendars, and project progress. A key component of the role involves supporting client communication, ensuring that project updates, schedules, inquiries and delivery are handled efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the project management software and Trello boards to track project and proposal status
- Acting as the central point of contact for project enquiries and directing work to the right team member
- Coordinating with senior staff and team to gather details on tasks, deadlines, and billing requirements
- Scheduling and coordinating field work and site visits for the ecology and spatial teams
- Following up on information, tasks, and actions to keep projects moving forward
- Supporting invoicing by providing project updates and tracking progress
- Helping improve workflows, efficiency, and team organisation
