The Role
This is a genuine mixed Property & Commercial Law role, offering exposure to quality, interesting and complex matters.
Your property work will include:

• Residential and commercial property sales and acquisitions;
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts for sale;
• Commercial leasing matters;
• Property transactions and settlements; and
• Providing practical advice to individuals, investors, developers and business clients.

On the commercial side, you will work across a range of quality business and corporate matters, including more complex and high-value transactions, such as:

• Business sales and acquisitions;
• Complex transactions involving multi-entity businesses and structures;
• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements;
• Shareholder, partnership and other business agreements;
• Corporate and commercial advisory work; and
• Providing ongoing commercial advice to established business clients.

You will have strong secretarial support, allowing you to focus on your legal work, client relationships and continued professional development.

About You
To be considered, you will have:

• A minimum of 2 years PAE in property and/or commercial law;
• A genuine interest in property and commercial law;
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills;
• A professional, practical and client-focused approach; and
• The ability to work collaboratively.
