Property Lawyer & Conveyancer

Connected People is proud to partner with a leading Newcastle law firm known for its warm, welcoming culture and strong market reputation. Due to continued growth and success within their Property team, they are now seeking both a Property Lawyer and a Conveyancer to join their expanding practice.

The Opportunities Property Lawyer
Minimum 2 years PAE in Property Law

In this role, you will work across a broad range of property matters, including:

• Residential and commercial conveyancing
• Off-the-plan and development matters
• Commercial and retail leasing
• Sales and acquisitions
• General property advisory work

You will manage your own files with appropriate supervision and support, working closely with experienced Partners who are approachable, commercially minded and invested in mentoring and development.
This role would suit a Property Lawyer who enjoys client interaction, values team culture and is looking to build long-term expertise within a respected Newcastle firm.

Conveyancer
Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancing Paralegal

We are open to:

• Licensed Conveyancers, or
• Experienced Conveyancing Paralegals capable of managing end-to-end conveyancing matters

You will be responsible for:

• Managing residential sales and purchases
• Preparing and reviewing contracts
• Coordinating PEXA settlements
• Liaising with agents, brokers and clients
• Running files from initial instruction through to settlement

This role is ideal for someone confident in managing their own files while enjoying the support of an experienced and friendly property team.
