Connected People is partnering with a highly regarded boutique corporate firm in Sydney to recruit a Senior Associate (M&A) to join its leading corporate practice.

Recognised in prestigious legal directories, it is a standout in the boutique corporate market.
  
The Role
You’ll work closely with highly experienced Partners (all ex top-tier) across a wide variety of corporate and M&A matters. This is a genuine opportunity to take ownership, develop your skills, and be closely involved in high-profile transactions. The Partners are known for their hands-on mentoring and for ensuring junior and mid-level lawyers gain exposure to client strategy, negotiations, and advocacy from day one.

You

• 5+ years’ PQE in Corporate / M&A at a top-tier, mid-tier, or specialist firm
• Strong technical skills and commercial mindset
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative boutique environment
• Ambitious to take on responsibility and work directly with clients and barristers
