Senior Associate / Special Counsel - Construction & Commercial Disputes

You’ll work closely with an experienced Partner on a diverse range of matters across construction, commercial litigation and property disputes, while having the freedom to manage your own files and client relationships from day one.
  
The Role
A broad and hands-on position offering exposure to:

• Construction disputes & litigation
• Front-end advisory & contract drafting
• Project advisory, risk and strategic commercial work
• Commercial and property-related disputes
• Direct client interaction with developers, builders, contractors and commercial clients

About You

• Experience in construction, disputes, or commercial litigation
• Strong technical ability with a commercial, solutions-focused mindset
• Comfortable running matters and managing clients independently
• Interested in a mix of disputes and advisory work (or expanding your exposure)
• Keen to step into a more autonomous, client-facing role
