About the role:
You’ll be working closely with clients and supporting them through a range of matters, including:
- Drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardianships
- Managing estate administration, from Probate through to final distribution
- Advising on Estate Planning strategies to protect assets and honour client wishes
- Representing clients in estate litigation, including Will disputes and family provision claims
- Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers and paralegals in the team
- Staying across legislative updates and sharing best practices

- 5+ years’ experience in Wills, Estates and Estate Planning
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to simplify complex legal matters
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Experience managing files independently and mentoring junior team members
- A collaborative mindset and a calm, grounded presence
- You’ll also have the relevant legal qualifications and a current Practising Certificate.
