The Role:
As a Commercial & Property Lawyer you'll handle a dynamic mix of commercial and property matters, with key responsibilities including:
- Drafting, negotiating, and providing advice on a wide range of commercial agreements and contracts.
- Managing end-to-end property transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and developments.
- Conducting legal research, risk analysis, and due diligence for both commercial and property matters.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on clear communication and strategic advice.
- Collaborating with partners and senior lawyers on complex files while contributing to the firm’s knowledge and success.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating complex legal matters, bring a meticulous eye for detail, and have the confidence to deliver clear, practical advice that drives real results.
- 3+ years PAE experience including residential and commercial conveyancing from commencement to completion, alongside general property transactions.
- Experience in commercial leasing, sale and purchase of businesses, estate administration, trusts & wills (including complex wills).
- LEAP Legal and PEXA Software experience.
