Wills and Estates Senior Associate / Associate

This role is a truly exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate or strong Associate to join a growing Wills, Estates & Succession Planning team within a well-regarded boutique firm. Offering a genuine platform to build your profile within a high-net-worth client base, this role would see you working closely with an experienced Special Counsel who is known for their pragmatic and commercially focused approach to succession planning and estate matters.

The Role
You will work across a balanced and evolving practice, including:

• Estate Planning 
• Deceased Estates 
• Trusts 
• Contested Estates

This position is designed to transition toward leading deceased estates matters, with strong internal referral flows and support to grow your practice.

• Supported by a junior lawyer
• Strong internal referral network across the firm
