Connected People is partnering with a leading, highly regarded Newcastle firm to appoint an experienced Wills & Estates Lawyer. You will work closely with a respected Partner who is known for being supportive, people-focused and invested in team development. The proof is in their low staff turnover.

The role
You will manage a varied Wills & Estates practice, including:

• Estate planning (simple to complex wills, EPOAs, appointments of enduring guardian, testamentary trusts)
• Estate administration and probate/letters of administration
• Client advisory work, drafting and reviewing documents, and liaising with stakeholders

About you

• Minimum 2+ years PAE in Wills & Estates
• Empathetic, client-centric communicator who builds trust quickly
• Strong drafting and attention to detail
• Sound knowledge of Wills & Estates legislation, practice and procedure
• Proactive, organised and comfortable managing your own matters with support at hand
